ALL-ON-4 BRIDGES – EDENTULOUS JAWS

If you have no teeth in your jaw, we can restore them with a fixed bridge supported by just 4 or 6 dental implants using the ALL-ON-4/ALL-ON-6 system.

With the All-on-4 system, four dental implants are placed, while the All-on-6 system uses six implants. On the same day, impressions are taken, and within 24 hours the patient receives a temporary screw-retained bridge, which is one of the key advantages of these treatment concepts. After approximately four months, once the healing process around the dental implants (osseointegration) is complete, the temporary screw-retained bridge is replaced with a permanent bridge made from high-quality composite material. The bridge replaces the lost bone, gums, and teeth, providing excellent aesthetics. Another important advantage is that these procedures can also be performed on patients with insufficient bone height, as the implants are placed only in the front part of the jaw where the mandibular nerve is not present, while in the upper jaw angled implants are used to avoid the maxillary sinus. It is also important to note that the bridge can be serviced if necessary. Upon the patient’s request, the permanent bridge can also be made from zirconia.
